I realize I’m about… 4 months late on this, but I’ve apparently forgotten to do a write-up on the ASABE 2024 conference. So now it’s time for some bragging. I’d like to congratulate all of our lab members on their awards.
Zhengkun Li
This was Zhengkun’s last ASABE as a grad student. Lucky for him, he managed to win an award in the AOC student paper competition, and a student leadership award for good measure.
Jacob Muller
Jacob is a (former) undergraduate student who worked in our lab over the summer. This was his first time attending ASABE. He won two awards for his presentation, from both ASABE as a whole and the Ergonomics, Safety, and Health (ESH) division.
Daniel Petti
I won an ITSC paper award for my paper on real-time flower counting. This is not the first time I’ve been to ASABE, but it is the first time I’ve won a paper award, so I’m excited.
Chenjiao Tan
This was also Chenjiao’s last ASABE conference as a grad student, and he closed out his tenure with an AOC student paper competition award.
People from our lab are totally dominating the television in the ABE lobby…
